Yes. We look after clients all over Malaysia. Most planning, from the first chat to reviewing your plan, works just as well over a video or WhatsApp call.

How do claims work if I live far from an office?

The same way as for everyone else. Your two dedicated agents guide you through the claim over WhatsApp and phone, and handle the follow-up with you, wherever you live.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, in the cities where we have offices and the areas around them. Elsewhere we meet by video call, and we'll tell you honestly whether an in-person meeting is possible for your area.
