Are your advisers licensed?
Yes. Every adviser is registered with the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM), as required for life insurance agents in Malaysia, and is appointed by Hong Leong Assurance.
What does MDRT mean?
MDRT stands for Million Dollar Round Table, a global association founded in 1927 that recognises life insurance and financial services professionals who meet a high annual production standard and follow its Code of Ethics. Court of the Table (COT) is three times the MDRT standard, and Top of the Table (TOT), the highest level, is six times. Members must requalify every year, so we always show the year of each award.
Can I choose which adviser looks after me?
Tell us on WhatsApp where you are and what you need, and we'll match you with advisers near you or who speak your language. You'll always have two dedicated servicing agents.
What happens if my adviser leaves?
Your plan doesn't leave with them. You always have a second dedicated agent who knows your plan, backed by their unit and agency managers, so your servicing carries on without a gap.
